Union County Public Schools has an opening for a Girls' Head Track Coach at Union County High School. The district has developed key areas upon which applicants will be assessed; these dispositions include the following indicators:

- Attitude toward work – appears to be dedicated to and enthusiastic, positive, and creative towards the demands of the position.
- Attitude toward schools – Displays a willingness to cooperate with parents and other shareholders
- Attitude toward community relations – Projects a positive attitude toward promoting the school programs within the community.
- Ability to relate to students – Has leadership ability to work successfully with participants.
- Student Management – Demonstrates effective discipline, motivation, and proper supervision.
- Attitude toward school activities – Demonstrates a willingness to support school activities in his/her work.
- Professionalism and personal relationships – Develops respect by example in appearance, manners, behavior, language, and conduct.
- Communication skills – Communicates effectively.
Certified employee preferred. If not a certified employee, para-professionals (coaches) must the complete required trainings, employment requirements and/or provide proof of a minimum of 48 college hours.
