Union County Middle School has an opening for an Instructional Assistant for the 2026-27 school year. The successful candidate will demonstrate a growth mindset, positive behavioral supports and, most importantly, a desire to inspire the champion within every student, every day.
All classified applicants must provide:
- Proof of graduation from high school, (diploma or transcript) or Completion of GED
- Successful completion of Paraeducator Assessment if required
- Valid email addresses for ALL references
- Compete required Background Checks and employment requirements

Instructional Assistants must pass the Kentucky Paraeducator Assessment or provide proof of a minimum of 48 college hours. If providing proof of college hours, please upload transcript along with application or deliver to Central Office.
