Union County Public Schools has an opening for a Head Track Coach for the Boys Track Team at Union County High School. The district has developed key areas upon which applicants will be assessed; these dispositions include the following indicators:

Student Management – Demonstrates effective discipline, motivation, and proper supervision.
Attitude toward school activities – Demonstrates a willingness to support school activities in his/her work.
Professionalism and personal relationships – Develops respect by example in appearance, manners, behavior, language, and conduct.
Communication skills – Communicates effectively.
