Union County Public Schools has an opening for a Assistant Softball Coach at Union County High School.  The district has developed key areas upon which applicants will be assessed; these dispositions include the following indicators:

• Ability to relate to students – Has leadership ability to work successfully with participants.
• Student Management – Demonstrates effective discipline, motivation, and proper supervision.
• Attitude toward school activities – Demonstrates a willingness to support school activities in his/her work.
• Professionalism and personal relationships – Develops respect by example in appearance, manners, behavior, language, and conduct.
• Communication skills – Communicates effectively.
